Very welcoming and personable! I came to see Neena for correction of an eyebrow and eyeliner procedure done by a different individual. Very detailed! Neena constantly checked my comfort and pain level. I won’t lie it doesn’t tickle. A little discomfort for a very short amount of time is worth it. I am going to be a repeat customer for touch ups as long as she does this. In my own personal opinion, no one else will do my procedures except Neena. I am excited to get my lips done next.
